Job description:
- Internal Communications: Assist in the development and execution of internal communication strategies to effectively disseminate company news, updates, and announcements.
- Content Management: Serve as the primary content manager for internal communication platforms, ensuring that content is engaging, informative, and aligned with organizational goals and values.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing various team-building events, employee recognition programs, and cultural initiatives.
- PR and Marketing Support: Assist in managing the company's social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Benefits Administration: Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, wellness initiatives, and other perks. Communicate benefit offerings to employees, answer questions, and provide guidance on enrollment and eligibility requirements. Collaborate with benefits providers to ensure compliance with regulations and optimize benefits offerings to meet the needs of employees.

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in internal communications, content management, or related roles
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for driving employee engagement and fostering a positive company culture.
Business skills and personal qualities:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
