Job responsibilities
- Finding and contracting shipping companies
- Searching for cars in the direction Europe and CIS
- Data filling and documentation accounting in the company's program
- Reporting to management
- Timely management and processing of received inquiries, coordinating with the sales team
- Organization and monitoring of cargo transportation
- Negotiation of tariff conditions with foreign and local partners
- Management of customs clearance procedures, transport documents and insurance documentation
Required qualifications
- Knowledge of the English language is must
- 3 year experience in a similar position.
- Experience in shipping to China (preferred)
Required candidate level: Mid level
