Job description:

Buymie LTD is an Armenian/Irish co-founded tech company that provides grocery delivery services across Ireland and parts of Britain. Buymie is currently growing and looking to extend its team in Armenia.

We are searching for an Operations Representative (Customer Support and Logistics) to join our team. As an Operations Representative, you will work within our team to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.


Job responsibilities

  • Answer inbound queries from customers and shoppers/contractors (via email, Chat, Phone)
  • Follow up on the company’s set procedures and policies
  • Communicate with customers and contractors to resolve problems
  • Provide feedback to relevant departments to help improve the customer and shopper experience
  • Assist the Shopper/Customer Support team in daily work, if needed
  • Actively monitor the assigned channels in Slack and take action
  • Participate in the weekly Operations team meetings
  • Detect and report the tech issues/bugs and suggest ideas via the set procedure
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required qualifications

  • Up to 2 years of experience in a relevant position
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • A desire to learn and prove yourself in a fast-moving environment
  • Able to effectively communicate with a wide range of people via telephone or email
  • Ability to quickly assess a situation and problem-solve to the point of resolution
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
  • Previous experience in a tech startup is a plus
  • Able to learn and adapt quickly to a multinational working environment
  • Availability to work night shifts (not overnight) and weekends
