Dial Telecom is an international Steady-growing telecommunications company, established in 2012, that provides various telecommunications services and solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for a candidate for the position of Rates Manager.

Our Rate Manager should check and receive Rate Sheets/Pricelists from Vendors and upload them to a system to a daily basis to adapt them to the system requirements. The Rates Manager should also prepare and send partial and full Rate Sheets/Pricelists to our Partners.

Job responsibilities

What you should do in this Role

- Prepare Rate Sheets for Customers

-Adapt and Upload Full and Partial Vendors’ Rate Sheets in Billing System

-Send and receive rate notifications to/from the clients.

- Analyze and create new rate notifications on daily basis

- Making notifications on upcoming changes in market regarding destinations’ features

- Data analysis based on the received Rate Sheets

Required qualifications

Skills our ideal candidate should have for this role:

- Experience in similar position is highly desirable,

-Proficiency in MS Office suit (Excel and Outlook);

- Detail- orientation, accuracy, organization and efficiency,

- Proven English Writing skills,

- Flexibility

- Strong time-management and task-prioritization skills,

Abilities our ideal candidate should have for this role:

-Understanding of customer needs and preferences to develop pricing strategies that align with market demands while maintaining competitiveness.

- Capacity to develop long-term pricing strategies that contribute to the company's overall goals and profitability.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to align pricing strategies with overall business objectives.

- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges related to pricing structures, customer demands, and market dynamics.
