Job description:

VBET is an international sports betting and gaming brand present in over 120 countries all over the world and powered in-house by BetConstruct. In order to continue driving our global growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to take charge of establishing our business in the specified market. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in both operational and marketing aspects, with a strong focus on providing excellent support to the team.

Job responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive Social Media Marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
Create and curate engaging content tailored specifically for Telegram, Facebook, Instagram users, including text posts, polls, and interactive features
Manage and grow Social Media channels, groups, and communities, fostering meaningful interactions and relationships with followers
Monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Social Media Marketing initiatives with overall marketing plans and campaigns
Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in Social Media Marketing, incorporating innovative approaches into our strategies
Provide regular reports and insights on Social Media performance, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations
Serve as the primary point of contact for Social Media-related inquiries, feedback, and support issues, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Required qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or Media
Knowledge and experience in the gaming field
Excellent knowledge of English, Russian and Armenian
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels

Ability to work in a team.

Required candidate level: Junior
