Job responsibilities

- Identify KPIs and measurement metrics to track the success of social media campaigns.
- Create engaging and compelling social media content for various platforms.
- Develop creative concepts, write persuasive copy, and coordinate with design for visually appealing content..
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and voice across all social media channels.
- Foster positive relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, social media metrics, and audience engagement.
- Provide actionable recommendations to enhance social media strategies and achieve client objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Conduct ongoing research and share insights with the team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Required qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role in a digital marketing agency or related field.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent English writing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive social media content.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and advertising platforms
- Experience in developing and executing successful social media strategies for diverse industries and audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
