Job description:

Creed Roomz is looking for an experienced Techical Support Specialist to join our team.

Job responsibilities

  • Identifying troubleshooting hardware and software solutions.
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults.
  • Resolving network issues.
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software.
  • Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
  • Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
  • Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
  • Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
  • Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
  • Testing and evaluating new technologies.
  • Conducting electrical safety checks on equipment.
  • Provides technical support for internal end users on routine hardware and software problems including operating system support, application support, system access problems and database support.
  • Inputs data in Help Desk tracking system and assists with maintenance.
  • Provide daily support to users of various computer systems including answering questions, analyzing problems, and quickly forming solutions to return systems to proper operation.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with end users, colleagues, and management to quickly resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Create and implement new processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction while reducing costs.

Required qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
  • Proficiency in Windows OS.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize customer issues
  • Customer-oriented and patient approach
  • Knowledge of remote support tools and ticketing systems
  • Experience in the gaming industry is a plus
  • Fluency in Armenian; knowledge of other languages is a plus
