Creed Roomz is looking for an experienced Techical Support Specialist to join our team.

Identifying troubleshooting hardware and software solutions.
Diagnosing and repairing faults.
Resolving network issues.
Installing and configuring hardware and software.
Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
Testing and evaluating new technologies.
Conducting electrical safety checks on equipment.
Provides technical support for internal end users on routine hardware and software problems including operating system support, application support, system access problems and database support.
Inputs data in Help Desk tracking system and assists with maintenance.
Provide daily support to users of various computer systems including answering questions, analyzing problems, and quickly forming solutions to return systems to proper operation.
Communicate clearly and effectively with end users, colleagues, and management to quickly resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Create and implement new processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction while reducing costs.

Proven work experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
Excellent knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
Proficiency in Windows OS.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize customer issues
Customer-oriented and patient approach
Knowledge of remote support tools and ticketing systems
Experience in the gaming industry is a plus
Fluency in Armenian; knowledge of other languages is a plus
