Job responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers in Arabic via various channels (email, chat).
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to company products and services.
- Advise users on the setup and operation of software and hardware.
- Collect and analyze information about issues, escalating complex cases to the next level of support.
- Create and update documentation and knowledge base for customers and internal staff.
- Participate in training and development of new support staff.
Required qualifications
- Knowledge of Arabic at or near native level
- Knowledge of business correspondence ethics.
- Confident PC user (MS Office)
- Experience in tracker programs for project management such as Youtrack, Trello, etc. is preferred.
- Attentiveness, stress resistance, diligence.
- Ability to multitask

Salary: From 250000 AMD Net a month
