We are currently in search of a talented Marketing Manager to become an integral part of our team. As the Senior Marketing Manager at our IT and engineering company, you'll develop the strategy of the company and brand from scratch and spearhead the strategic initiatives to elevate our brand presence and drive growth in competitive markets.

Обязанности
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Managing and overseeing all aspects of marketing operations, including branding, digital marketing, content marketing, etc.
- Developing and implementing a strategy for promoting the company's products in the international markets.
- Organization of the process of participation in local and international exhibitions
- Competitor monitoring and identification of unique selling propositions (USPs) to highlight the company in the market.
- Analyzing and monitoring current trends and innovations in IT and high-tech industry.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and adjusting marketing strategies based on the obtained data.
- Organizing and conducting PR activities and events.
Требования
- Proven experience in marketing leadership roles within the IT and Engineering industry or related fields.
- Experience of creation and implementation of B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
- Experience in developing and promoting brands from scratch.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Fluent in English spoken and written. Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be an advantage.
- Working skills with analytics and market monitoring tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
- Teamworking and coordination skills with other departments of the company.
