The Digital Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting digital data to drive business decisions. This individual will work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to optimize user experiences, marketing strategies, and product offerings.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

Implement, manage, and optimize tracking solutions using tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, and Adobe Analytics
Analyze digital data from various sources, including websites and mobile apps, to provide actionable insights and recommendations
Develop and maintain dashboards, regular reports, and ad-hoc analyses for different departments
Understand and evaluate customer journey maps, identifying areas of improvement or optimization
Collaborate with the marketing team to measure and optimize the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns
Advise on strategies for segmentation and personalization based on data insights
Assist in A/B testing to continuously optimize UI/UX for our platforms
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital analytics

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the iGaming or related industry
Proficient in using digital analytics tools, especially Google Analytics, Firebase, and/or Adobe Analytics/AppsFlyer
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
Familiarity with SQL and/or other data querying languages
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
