Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

Process all reservation requests by mail and telephone and respond to the request on timely manner.
Track all reservations picked up from all on-line channels like hotel website, OTA, GDS other third party etc.
Maintain daily reports and reservation procedures.
Develop and sustain relationships based on an understanding of customer needs and action consistent with the company's service standards.
Fully knowledgeable about hotel guest rooms, rates, promotions, amenities, programs, hotel facilities and services.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Relevant experience in hotel reservations or front office departments
Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills
Solid knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English⁣
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Computer proficiency⁣
Problem handling skills
