About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant who will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a high level of professionalism and discretion, as the Executive Assistant will be privy to sensitive information and must maintain confidentiality at all times.

Job responsibilities

Organize and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and events
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries
Act as a liaison between the Executive and other senior executives, departments, and external partners
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
Screen and respond to incoming calls and emails, redirecting as appropriate
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials for meetings and events
Assist in preparing for meetings, including drafting agendas and taking minutes
Manage and maintain confidential files and records
Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned
Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior executives
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

Required candidate level: Mid level
