The Department Assistant is an administrative/support position entailing assistance and support to the activities of the assigned department.

Job responsibilities
- Complete, translate, print, and bind reports, proposals and other documentation;
- Format the documents in compliance to Firm's standard;
- Draft and translate Division’s reports and documents;
- Maintain and duly update the list of clients and their contact information;
- Ensure general order and tidiness in the Department work area.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in linguistics,
- Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors,
- Strong proficiency in English and Russian languages,
- Strong PC skills with the following software required: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
