Job description:

"Alpha Food Service" is one of the leading import and distribution Company of premium food, alcohol, pastry and baking ingredients in Armenia. Our Company cooperates with hotels, restaurants, cafes (HoReCa), retail stores, confectionery and bakery factories operating in Armenia, supplies a wide and constantly expanding range of products from the world's leading manufacturers.
Our group of Companies also includes "The House" and "The Bake House" chain of stores.
Due to the expansion of the Company and to level up our organization, we are looking for energetic and bright-minded Executive Assistant to join our professional team.

• Providing top management tasks from CEO,
• Reporting back to the CEO with detailed and accurate notes about tasks,
• Acting on behalf of the CEO, including representing him on meetings, managing calls, enquiries and requests, authorize expenses and sign off on business-related decisions,
• Օrganizing CEO’s as well as Company’s Executive staff business trips,
• Working closely with the administration and operation managers to ensure the smooth running of the business,
• Providing information to colleagues or external enquiries,
• Coordinating and managing new projects, tracking progress and keeping track of projects and deadlines,
• Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders,
• Complete other tasks assigned by the CEO.

Required qualifications


• Higher education,
• 2-4 years of related work experience,
• Fluency in writen or spoken Armenian, English and Russian is must,
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package, (Knowledge of CRM would be an advantage),
• Strong written and verbal communication skills,
• Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment,
• Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality,
• Globally minded and eager to work with people from diverse backgrounds and holding diverse viewpoints,
• Excellent organizational skills,
• Ability of keeping a positive attitude.

Required candidate level: Senior

Salary: 400000 AMD - 600000 AMD Net a month
