Job description:

“BDO Armenia” CJSC is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Administrator, who will serve as the primary support and champion of the Dynamics platform. This role will oversee the administration, maintenance, field support, customization, and configuration of the platform. S/he will partner with internal teams to assess system requests, assist with system training as needed and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency. This individual will navigate a high-growth environment that requires adaptability to shifting priorities, working with undefined processes, and partnering closely with internal teams.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage all levels of system administration support for all Dynamics 365 environments.
    • Manage release management and change management processes for Dynamics 365;
    • Manage upgrade/update support;
    • Coordinate and perform database refreshes;
    • Monitor and communicate maintenance notifications;
    • Monitor performance Dynamics 365 environments;
    • Deploy and manage developer environments;
    • Assist to maintain, and test system configurations and workflows;
    • Manage and maintain system integrations to other internal and external systems;
    • Assist to maintain software licenses, user access and security roles;
    • Provide as needed support for troubleshooting and remediation of technical issues;
    • Manage and coordinate with Microsoft through to resolution raised system issues;
    • Assist with administrative support for other ERP systems.
  • Assist with development and reporting efforts in Dynamics 365
    • Work with functional and technical teams to understand and gather requirements to design and develop modifications and extensions to Microsoft Dynamics;
    • Use of Microsoft Dynamics development and reporting tools to design, develop and test customizations, integrations, and reports;
    • Create requested documentation supporting system design, development, and testing.
  • Perform maintenance and development work in a manner that is consistent with company standards and procedures;
  • Other related tasks to ensure on-going secure and supported system;
  • Manage records created and received in compliance with BDO Policy and Procedures.

Required qualifications

  • Technical experience in D365 Systems Administration and Configuration;
  • Ability to logically troubleshoot technical problems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Collaboration, analytical, and teamwork skills. Demonstrated ability working in a collaborative and transparent environment;
  • Ability to mentor team members and transfer knowledge to others;
  • Technically and functionally oriented (good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills), excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), self-motivated, self-directed, good multi-tasking skills, quality oriented, flexible, and committed to successful on-time completion of tasks.
