Description
The Pro-active Sales Manager at Stellar Hotels is responsible for developing strategies to increase established hotel sales goals and profit margins for a region. He/she also builds relationships with key clients to increase repeat guest bookings and prospect new business clients, networking, and cold-calling.
The Pro-active Sales Manager at Stellar Hotels is also responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Job responsibilities
What we expect from you:
- Conduct efficient communication pipe-lines with clientele
- Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking
- Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities
- Establish and grow our market share by developing and maintaining relationships with major group and catering clients
- Support the Director of Sales and Marketing in preparing the Companies overall sales goals and strategy
- Represent the Hotel Chain at various industry tradeshows, conferences, and adhere to the guidelines of the Company
Required qualifications
Our ideal candidate would have:
- Previous work experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Solid knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Solid understanding of industry market
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills
- Solid negotiations and effective networking skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
Required candidate level: Mid level
